MEET THE BAND
A TALENTED GROUP OF MUSIC ENTHUSIASTS
Ralph Johnson
Ralph is the heart and soul of the band. One of the founding members, Ralph has taken the wheel and continues to drive the band to new levels. Ralph’s drums provide the sound with rhythm, but his vocals, showmanship and spontaneous reggae mixes bring the “wow” moments to every performance.
Mahilka Hale
Mahlika joined the Chozen Few Band six years ago and has cemented herself as the Band’s leading female vocalist. Powerful yet soft and sexy, her voice and stage presence is front and center, providing everyone with plenty of eye and ear candy throughout the night.
Jeff Johnson
Jeff joined the band in early 2011 and has brought a new flair and attitude. Our “musical director”, Jeff keeps the band together and always moving in the right direction. Jeff is a full-time musician and has been playing in bands his entire life.
Billy Walls
The wild sax man. Billy’s solos are legendary. Give him a bar and he’ll take four more, then the crowd will ask for another round. Billy’s forte is sax, but he also plays drums, bass guitar and a variety of other horns.
Curtis Flowers
Curtis has been with the Chozen Few Band for four years and lays down the keys and vocals. When it comes to the band’s harmonies, Curtis is the man that puts them together.
Terry Milliner
Terry has been around music all his life including church choirs, plays, recording, writing and his latest endeavor…producing. Terry joined the band in 2011 and has added a whole new guitar dimension. Terry has played in bands and shows throughout the northeastern US.
Rob Mell
Our newest member of the band, Rob joined us in early 2012 and has provided a consistent rhythm guitar and an occasional blistering solo. Rob has been playing in bands throughout his entire life and has also traveled the country playing with Eugene Ross.
